Building permits are issued at Rogers City Hall - Inspection office located at 113 N 4th Street between 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Permit applications can be found on our website.
The cost of a Certificate of Occupancy is $25. You will also have a separate cost for the business license.
