This 17-acre park includes Clark pavilion, and the Boy Scout hutch (once housed the city water plant). Diamond and Frisco Springs was the city water source from 1881 until 1936.

Clark pavilion was built in memory of Cactus. Clark was the founder and developer of Lake Atalanta, over 50 years ago. The pavilion has two large grills and a fire place with tables for 150 people with horseshoes, a playground, and a 1-mile historical trail that goes from Lake Atalanta to Historical Downtown Rogers, with historical signage passing both Diamond and Frisco Spring’s spring house (the reason the City of Rogers was founded). The lower half of the trail is ADA accessible.
