  2. Silent Witness Project-Closing Ceremony

    Please join the Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter, the Rogers Police Department, and supporters to honor those who have lost their lives to Domestic Violence, celebrate survivors, and recognize the impact of Domestic Violence in our community. The Silent Witness Initiative is a traveling memorial of life sized red silhouettes honoring the lives of women, men and children murdered in acts of domestic violence. The project began in Minnesota in 1990 by a core group of passionate women who were motivated to eliminate domestic violence in their communities. The Silent Witness Initiative has chapters in all 50 states, 23 countries, and on hundred of college campuses throughout the world.
