Job Descriptions
Water Safety Staff (Lifeguards, Junior Lifeguards)
Main duties include ensuring guest safety through water surveillance & scanning, enforcing park rules, provide outstanding guest service, respond to emergencies on land and in the water & provide first aid care as needed.  Lifeguards rotate to a variety of positions throughout their shifts, including dispatch positions, seated positions, roaming positions and water positions.

Admissions Staff (Front Gate, Tickets, Parties, Retail)
Duties include welcoming guests, selling and/or collecting tickets, scanning passes, selling merchandise, operating a Point of Sale cash register, handling large amounts of cash, making change, stocking & taking inventory, and providing outstanding customer service to our guests!

Food Service Staff
Duties include preparing and serving food according to Arkansas Health Department standards, operating a POS (cash handling) register, collecting payment, making change, keeping concessions areas clean and sanitized, unloading/stocking inventory, interacting with the public and providing outstanding customer service to our guests!
