We also have a cardio/weight room equipped with ellipticals, treadmills, and bicycles. The room features top of the line Paramount strength training equipment, as well as free weights.
Classes are offered various times throughout the day for your convenience. Classes are offered in two month sessions for $45.00 per session or $5.00 per class. Fees are prorated if your register during the second month of a session.

Zumba combines low-impact, high energy dance movements with intervals of fast and slow rhythms. A combination of fitness and fun.
A muscle conditioning class to tone all major muscle groups. This class does not include aerobic exercise.
Step and floor aerobics followed by resistance training. Beginners are welcome to attend. Modifications are shown.
This class, also known as cycling is a fun, calorie burning workout on a stationary bike. Tension can be increases or decreased similar switching gears which makes this class perfect for all levels, no pressure to keep up with others. You control the intensity of your workout.

Over 50 Wellness:
This class is a unique wellness program specifically designed for the mature adult. Over 50 Wellness is designed to focus on functional exercises to increase cardiovascular function, strength, improve balance, posture and gain flexibility. Special attention will be given to individual needs and safety, while inspiring you to better your fitness. A chair is offered for support. Other educational programs are offered. That may include nutrition classes, and/or other geriatric educational seminars. This class is free for SilverSneakers and Silver&Fit Members.
SilverSneakers®1 - Classic:
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
