Responsibilities


This office is responsible for the following duties:

  • Design Details
  • Drainage and Stormwater
  • Environmental Issues
  • Growth Management
  • Large Scale Developments
  • Lot Splits
  • Signage
  • Subdivisions 
  • Zoning 

Board of Adjustment (BOA) 

Requests for variance from the Code of Ordinances are processed through the Planning Department before being brought to the Board of Adjustment. 


Planning Commission

Large scale development projects, subdivisions, lot splits, rezones, conditional use permits, and other public hearings are processed through the Planning Department before being brought to the Planning Commission.

 


Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)


All large scale development plans, subdivision plans, and any projects that greatly impact the City of Rogers must go through the TAC (Plat) Review.
